The Ritter Dental Manufacturing Company has been around for over a hundred years. However finding parts and technical information on this old equipment can be a daunting task. I hope Schrader Electronics will be able to provide you some answers to any questions you may have.

Maybe you have some questions pertaining to the Ritter Dental X-Rays like the Meteor Duel Range, Explorer, or Marks 75 I can help you with calibration instructions, wiring diagrams and any other troubleshooting information that you need to determine the nature of your problem.

When it comes to Ritter Dental Chairs like the model J Elite, Vega, X-100 or knight,  I can provide schematics, flow diagrams and simple troubleshooting techniques to find what your problem is.  After determining whether you have a printed circuit board, motor, switch or wiring problem I can supply you with the parts you need to repair your chair.  If I do not carry the part, more than likely I will be able to point you in the direction of someone who does.

 If a Ritter Dental Super Star Light is giving you a problem, I can still provide factory repair service on the crucial components that can't be repaired in the field.

I'm always here for any and all technicians, doctors and anyone else out in the field that is working on this equipment and needs some help. My philosophy is if it can be fixed in the field lets fix it over the phone. No doctor should be down any time because of lack of information. If the problem is diagnosed down to a printed circuit board most of these boards are readily available. It for some reason they are no longer available simply send in the damaged board and I will rebuild it to the original factory specifications usually within 24 hours from the time it arrives at my business.
